Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in woodworking, furniture installation, repairs, and construction-related carpentry work. The Carpenter will be responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures while ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.        

Requirements

  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Install doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, partitions, and other wooden fixtures.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance of existing wooden structures and furniture.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate measurements and high-quality finishing.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Estimate material requirements and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow company safety policies and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on time.
