Job Description

We are looking for a Production Executive (PP) to join our Production Team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, monitoring project requirements, following up with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring that production work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Requirements

• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities for interior and furniture projects.
• Visit project sites regularly to check work progress, measurements, material requirements, and execution status.
• Ensure production work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications
• Coordinate with Design, Site, Production Teams, and Vendors for smooth project execution.
• Coordinate between site and production teams to ensure designs and requirements are properly executed.
• Track material requirements, availability, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely materials and production requirements.
• Monitor measurements, quality, finishing, and overall production standards at site and production.
• Identify site or production-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Follow up on pending production, material, and site requirements.
• Maintain daily production and site visit updates, records, and reports.
• Ensure production and site work are completed according to project timelines.
