Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer / Design Executive to lead interior design projects from concept development to execution. The candidate will be responsible for handling client requirements, developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D presentations, conducting site visits, and coordinating with design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to execution.
• Understand client requirements and develop complete design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Prepare and review 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Develop 3D designs, renders, and design presentations as required.
• Independently handle multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, discuss designs, and incorporate feedback.
• Conduct site visits to understand site conditions, take measurements, and monitor design execution.
• Coordinate closely with Design, Production, and Site Teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Select and finalize appropriate materials, colours, finishes, furniture, hardware, and other design elements.
• Review drawings and design details before sharing them with the production and site teams.
• Guide junior designers and review their drawings and design work.
• Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with the site and production teams.
• Make necessary design revisions based on client requirements, site conditions, and project needs.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards, project requirements, and timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project updates
